We accept return/exchange requests within a time frame of 10 days from the delivery date of the order. If the product is unused and in good condition, we will coordinate with you to initiate a refund or a replacement. 

All our products go through a dual quality check process before being shipped out to ensure that you get the perfect piece in the perfect condition.

The item being returned/exchanged should be in the same condition in which it was sent along with THE UNCUT TAGS in place in the original packaging. Items with damage/tear or stains on the fabric that were previously not there will not be accepted for return/exchange. 

A refund in case of a return is processed after checking the product. The amount will be returned to the source that it was debited from. The exchange is also processed after checking the product that was returned.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted till 2 days of placing the order, that is, before the order is shipped from our manufacturing unit. In case of order cancellation within two days of placing the order, the entire amount is refunded to the source.
